This is what our customers are saying!
I loved the experience. I tried Eclipse and Vibrante for everyday use, and Felicidad for when I want something a little more special. You can tell it's specialty coffee and that each coffee has its own personality. Plus, the bag design is gorgeous.

I bought the Harmony Trio and it was a total success. Fascinante surprised me with its refinement, Maestro with its vibrancy and clarity, and Felicidad with its enveloping character. Everything arrived well packaged and with clear instructions for choosing the grind and brewing.
- Ivan R.
I ordered La Gran Familia and it was a hit. There's coffee for every taste: from sweet profiles like Eclipse to fruitier and more technical ones like Maestro or Fascinante. The presentation and the character concept make it a very special gift.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is specialty coffee?
Specialty coffee is coffee that stands out for its quality, traceability, and flavor .
It typically comes from carefully managed batches (from the farm to the roasting) and is evaluated in tastings using professional standards. In your cup, this translates to: more aroma, more natural sweetness, and brighter notes (chocolate, fruit, panela, citrus…).
What is the difference between specialty coffee and other coffees?
The main difference lies in quality + transparency + freshness :
- Clear origin: you know where it comes from (region/farm) and how it was processed.
- Better bean selection: fewer defects, cleaner cup.
- Roasting designed to highlight flavors: not to "cover up" the coffee.
-
Actual notes: natural coffee flavors (no added aromas).
- More consistent experience: each bag is designed to work well at home.
How long does specialty coffee last once opened?
If you store it properly, it will last, but the "peak" of flavor is in the first few weeks.
- Best time: between 2 and 6 weeks after opening (especially for grain).
- Still enjoyable: up to 2–3 months , although it will gradually lose its aroma.
Tips for preserving it better:
- Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight .
- A tightly sealed bag or airtight container.
- Avoid refrigerator (humidity and odors).
- If you want to make it last a long time: freeze it in portions (preferably as a grain) and defrost only what you are going to use.
How can I make sure that the coffee I buy is specialty coffee?
Look for these signs (if almost all of them are missing, it's a bad sign):
- Full technical sheet: origin, altitude, process, variety, tasting notes.
- Transparency: clear information about the batch and the profile.
- Tasting score or reference (many specialty coffees fall into high ranges).
- Roasting date or freshness information.
- Tasting notes = flavors, not ingredients: if it says "hazelnut" or "chocolate", it describes the profile, not that it contains that added.
